Defense vs. bearhug
For the second consecutive year, three members from the St. Louis Dojo attended the weekend seminar hosted by Sensei George Rego and the Florida Kokondo Dojo. Led by Kaicho Greg Howard and Master Rob Robert, the theme of the weekend centered around the “Implosive and Explosive” aspects of our system. High energy by the great number of participants, coupled with the outstanding instruction, made for a spectacular weekend.
