June 17th and 18th Sensei Martin and two members of the St. Louis Dojo visited the Twin Lakes Kokondo location in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Headed by Sensei Dave Hea, Twin Lakes is the newest Kokondo Dojo in the U.S.
The weekend workout included basic techniques, kata and self-defense training.
The Twin Lakes Dojo is off to a great start, with a talented, dedicated sensei and a great bunch of new Kokondoka. We look forward to more visits to Mountain Home as well as their members’ visit to St. Louis in August for our annual seminar featuring Kaicho Howard.
